Repli only answers calls that are forwarded to it. If call forwarding is turned on and set to Repli, then Repli will answer those calls. If forwarding is not turned on, Repli will not answer your calls.
Voicemail only records a message — many callers hang up without leaving one. Repli answers immediately, identifies the property enquiry, captures caller details, and organises a structured lead in your dashboard. Instead of a voicemail inbox, you get leads ready for follow-up.
